		<description>Doh! Had to prepapre a short talk for the Elcom Enterprise Search seminar on Tuesday, wish I had read this before. Even more jacked because our team built the NIDA site and speak with them almost everyday but have neglected to actually sample their product. P.S Thanks for the Silverlight demo, the team are frothing at the mouth for some action...stay tuned.</description>

There is no substitute for the awesome trainers that we had but would be happy to make your bad habits worse with my own brand of remedy :-)</description>

Good to be reminded that its a skill that needs work and practice on all levels physically, mentally etc and not just something some people are good at.

If you&#039;re interested in running your own mini workshop, you&#039;ve got your first participant. I&#039;d be particularly interested in utilising with pre-gitters and how to work with a dead-pan crowd.</description>
