Try resetting your hotmail password

My brother forgot his hotmail password. So, being the resident family tech support guy, I set out to help him.

    How did you get into the email account at step two? Since you can’t remember yr pw, and it what, sends an email to the account you can’t get into?

    I’m sure I’ve been down that road before.

    me too. i’ve been down that road. i’m getting very frustrated and since i use it for msn i lost all my contacts.
