Wanna buy a Digg account?
TechCrunch reports that a Digg user has put their profile up for sale on eBay.

Current bid, with 6 days 8 hours remaining – US $325.00
I fail to see the value of this thing.
I can only guess that stories submitted by higher rated diggers are more likely to get front page coverage. But still, what’s to gain? You’re not allowed to self promote on digg so it’s all academic as far as I can tell.
Be interesting to see a) how high it goes; b) how many bogus bids will be made; and c) whether digg allows the account to proceed after the auction.
Check out the number of bids from accounts with 0 feedback and that have been created today. Let the fraudulent bids begin.
