Robert Scoble from PodTech has an in depth interview with Matt Jubelirer, a product manager on the Zune project.

It totals 40 minutes and if you get past Matt’s painfully inane, monotone, emotionless, boring-ass voice, it does have some good hands on footage of the Zune in action.
