Love it. Very true of disruptive innovations. Sometimes listening to your customer does you a disservice when it comes to revolutionary inventions. I think there’s a quote floating around about Alexander Graham Bell’s invention of the telephone as well.
Something along the lines of (no pun intended) “why would you ever want to send voice down a copper cable?”
Interesting…I am sure I work for a software company that is making faster horses!
